Welcome to the 2026 COE Summer Programs!\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Whether you are new to COE Summer Programs or if you are returning and need a refresher, this short guide will fill in what you can expect over the next few months.<\/p>\n

Registration Confirmation<\/strong>
\nCheck your email! We will send your confirmation form once your registration has been processed.\u00a0 If you don’t receive your emailed confirmation, contact our office to confirm that we received both your payment and registration form.
\nNote that we generally receive a flood of registrations upon launch.\u00a0 It can take several weeks to process early registrations.<\/em><\/p>\n

Registration Updates<\/strong>
\nNeed to add or change a class? Contact our office, and we will be happy to assist you. If you need to drop a course or withdraw from the program, contact our office as soon as possible. Be sure to note the refund deadlines posted on our website.<\/p>\n

Welcome Packets and Class Information<\/strong>
\nA few weeks before the start of the program, Welcome Packets will be mailed to each student. The packets will include a welcome letter with information on your class(es).\u00a0 Additional information, including the Student Handbook and plan menus will also be posted on our Parent’s Corner.
\nNote: For students with an international mailing address, the welcome packet will be emailed.<\/em><\/p>\n

Newsletters
\n<\/strong>A few weeks before the start of Core Programs, we will email a Welcome Newsletter to all COE Summer Program families. Every Friday of Core Programs, newsletters will be sent to the Primary and Secondary contacts’ email addresses listed on the registration form.\u00a0 Along with the Parent’s Corner, these newsletters will provide you with up-to-date program information. Please check your email often to make sure you don’t miss important updates.<\/p>\n

Program Events<\/strong>
\nCOE Summer Programs offers a variety of program events, including Open House, Spirit Week, and more. Check the program calendar on the Parent’s Corner and the newsletters for more information as the event information is confirmed.<\/p>\n
