Registration Procedures

01. Select the course(s) you would like to take.

02. Complete the appropriate CRDG Course Registration Form.

03. Mail, fax, or email the completed form (and course fee payment if required) to CRDG MaPS office. See Contact Information below.

04. Within a few weeks, you will receive confirmation of your registration and information explaining how to Register for UH Credit (if applicable).

NOTE: For courses that offer UH credit, credit registration is required. You will be charged a separate, non-refundable credit registration fee.

Withdrawal Policy

If you withdraw from a course:

  • Six (6) weeks or longer before the first day of the course.
    Participant may be refunded their course fee without penalty.
  • Less than six (6) weeks before the first day of the course.
    Participant may be refunded their course fee, less
    – a $30.00 administrative fee
  • Ten (10) working days or less before the first day of the course.
    No Refunds.

UH Credit

Before registering for UH credit, you must first complete and submit your CRDG Course Registration Form. See Register for Courses. For additional assistance with credit registration, visit the UH Outreach College website.

To register for UH credit, select one of the methods listed below.

Note: Allow at least 10 working days to complete all the steps required to register for credit via Method 1.

01. Complete the pdf Outreach College Credit Course Application Form.

To enroll in UH Manoa Outreach College credit courses, students must have an active record in the student database computerized system. If you do not have an active record, complete and submit the Outreach College Credit Course Application Form.

There is no application fee required. Allow 5 working days to process your application. Outreach College will notify you when your application has been processed.

If you are an active UH student with a UH username, skip to step #3.

02. Apply for a UH Username and Password

Register online for a UH Username or contact the ITS Help Desk at 808-956-8883,
1-800-558-2669, help@hawaii.edu.

03. Register via the MyUH Information & Services Portal.

You will be prompted to submit payment for your additional College Administrative Fee (CAF). Your registration is not complete until your payment is received.

01. Complete the pdf Outreach College Credit Course Application Form.

To enroll in UH Mānoa Outreach College credit courses, students must have an active record in the student database computerized system. If you do not have an active record, complete and submit the Outreach College Credit Course Application Form.

There is no application fee.

If you are an active UH student with a UH username, skip to step #2.

02. Complete the pdf Credit Course Registration and Payment Form

To receive credit, you only need to pay the Nonrefundable College Administrative Fee (CAF) for the Summer Extension term. Be sure to indicate the course number and CRN for the course(s) you are registering for (found in your confirmation letter).

03. Submit your Registration Forms and Payment

Mail or fax the 2 forms to Outreach College along with your CAF payment. Or you can register in-person at the UHM Outreach College Office.
