OPEN HOUSE
SPIRIT WEEK
WATER DAY
AN ADVENTURE IN DESIGN
Our students have now experienced graphic designers using Figma, even learning a new width tool that helps them get fun line variations in their digital drawings. This week, they applied their newly learned knowledge in a design free for all, as they created their own sticker sheets for their final project. This project is really just for them to have fun and create any designs they like. They can put their stickers on whatever they have to show off what they created during summer programs!
ANIMALS IN ART
CREATIVE PROGRAMMING WITH SCRATCH
CREATOR SPACE ADVANCED
This week we wrapped up all our projects’ loose ends and began setting up for open house. We also did soap resist paintings and got our last batch of shrinky dinks made.
DUNGEONS, DRAGONS, AND TABLE TOP RPGS
For this final week, we continued our campaign adventures.
JOURNEY TO THE STARS
On this final week, we continued to learn about our solar system, continuing with the outer planets. On Thursday, we had a great time making constellations with our parents during open house. We also finished our solar system mobiles. And with that we return to earth to enjoy the rest of our summer.
