Welcome to the 2024 COE Summer Programs!
Thank you to all our families who spent a wonderful summer with us in 2023. This year, we are pleased to unveil our new name and look, while maintaining the same outstanding content, engaging activities, and dedicated instructors that have become synonymous with our summer programs. We remain steadfast in our commitment to creating an environment where learning is educational, exciting, enriching, and memorable.
Whether you are new to COE Summer Programs or if you are returning and need a refresher, this short guide will fill in what you can expect over the next few months.
Registration Confirmation
Check your email! We will send your confirmation form once your registration has been processed. If you don’t receive your emailed confirmation, contact our office to confirm that we received both your payment and registration form.
Registration Updates
Need to add or change a class? Want to add a meal plan? Contact our office, and we will be happy to assist you. If you need to drop a course or withdraw from the program, contact our office as soon as possible. Be sure to note the refund deadlines posted on our website.
Welcome Packets and Class Information
A few weeks before the start of the program, Welcome Packets will be mailed to each student. The packets will include a welcome letter with more information on your class(es). Additional information, including the Student Handbook and plan menus will also be posted on our Parent’s Corner.
Newsletters
In early June, we will email our Welcome Newsletter to all COE Summer Program families. Every Friday of Core Programs, program newsletters will be sent to the Primary and Secondary contacts’ email addresses listed on the registration form. Along with the Parent’s Corner, these newsletters will provide you with up-to-date program information. Please check your email often to make sure you don’t miss important updates.
Program Events
In addition to the classes, COE Summer Programs offers program events, including Open House, Spirit Week, and more. Check the program calendar on the Parent’s Corner and the newsletters for more information as the event information is confirmed.
General Reminders
- If any information on your registration form changes, notify the office so we can update your child’s record.
- Note the withdrawal deadlines. You must contact us before the deadline to receive partial refunds. No refunds will be issued after the withdrawal deadline.
