Students in STEM Discovery started off their week by experimenting with different recipes to make play-dough. Students had to determine why some were dry, some were oily, and others were sticky. They continued their week with chemical reactions. They inflated a balloon using reactants such as vinegar and baking soda. They also created oobleck along with snowstorms in a jar. Oobleck is a type of slime mentioned in Dr. Seuss’ books.
