STEM: Discovery Gets Rolling [Week 4]

This week, we moved on to our biggest project! Students worked in teams of three or four to build roller coasters out of recycled materials. They began the process by testing parts of rollercoasters to see how they work and then sketched a design. Each group’s rollercoaster must include an initial hill, a loop, a hill, a turn, and a catch.
